The following services are part of our basic maintenance program. Services can be added or deleted as agreed upon
SPRING CLEAN UP: Clean up of yard, thatching of lawn, (to loosen dead grass), rake yard, clean flower beds and bushes, remove all debris.
FERTILIZATION PROGRAM: Six applications:
April-crabgrass preventer and lime application, May- broadleaf weed control, June- weed and feed, July-insect control, August-grub control, October-winterizer fertilizer and lime application.
LAWN SERVICES: General maintenance, cutting of lawn, trim edges, sweep walks and driveways.
BUSHES/HEDGES TRIMMED: Hedges trimmed in late May or early June and repeated as needed, bushes trimmed during July and August.
WEEDING:
Flower and mulched beds weeded. Driveways, patios, walkways and street gutters
weeded and weed deterrent applied.
LAWN AERATION: Lawn aeration supplies the soil with air, reduces soil compaction and controls thatch in lawns to help water and fertilizer move into root zone.
LAWN THATCHING: Thins out dead material in lawn and allow fertilizations to act more efficiently.
FALL CLEAN UP: Leaves are removed and disposed of throughout the fall.
The following services are considered extra work and can be added as requested
Shrub and Flower Planting - Evergreens, deciduous trees, annuals and perennials planted by our experienced crew in your new or existing landscape.

Lawn Installation
Tree removal & Trimming - Tree removal, pruning, uplimbing, brush chipping, and stump grinding services are available.
MULCHING: Three choices of mulch color, delivered and spread in areas specified by you.
*Red Hemlock mulch (dark redd-ish color mulch)
*Pine bark mulch (brown-ish color mulch)
*Black forest mulch (darker black-ish color mulch)
Brush removal - We provide brush removal, lot clearing and gravely brush mowing.

- Driveways,
front stairs, walks and sidewalks plowed and shoveled.
